Mine is potato Salad . I make it like my Mom did. I don't use a recipe .I cube up pots. cook until tender I let them get cold.
I chop up 1 onion, 1 bell pepper ,a few stalks of celery, a few boiled eggs, a few big spoonfuls of sweet relish.Add Mayo and mix.
When we go to a gathering I use 5lbs of pots. if its just use I use about 9 . I always make it a day before I use it to let all the flavors blend.WE always have it for a couple meals .
Been a busy wk. I put up more food (Here "put up food" can or freezing food)
We had 2 storms today alot of good needed rain!
