Corn Casserole2 eggs,beaten 1/2 stick butter or marg.
1(16oz.) can creamed corn 1(16.oz) whole kernel corn drained
8oz. sour cream 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Mix all ingredients,bake 35-40 mins. @ 350. enjoy!
Some recipes books calls this corn pudding , some calls it corn casserole

When I go to the US I stock up on corn bread mix ,my son just loves it, he lived in Louisiana and Houston for a bit and got the taste for certain things!
