Mine is potato Salad . I make it like my Mom did. I don't use a recipe .I cube up pots. cook until tender I let them get cold.
I chop up 1 onion, 1 bell pepper ,a few stalks of celery, a few boiled eggs, a few big spoonfuls of sweet relish.Add Mayo and mix.
When we go to a gathering I use 5lbs of pots. if its just use I use about 9 . I always make it a day before I use it to let all the flavors blend.WE always have it for a couple meals .
Been a busy wk. I put up more food (Here "put up food" can or freezing food)
We had 2 storms today alot of good needed rain!

I love tater salad Miz Lib...the only thing I do different is add a good squirt of mustard to mine.

Have you ever ate it hot and mashed? My Hubby's grandmother used to make it that way.
I enjoy your photo's...maybe one day I will get a camera again so I can make more photo's.
Oh boy that potato salad sounds good, its just how I make it too and its been a while since I have made it.
My most requested meal is roast beef/pot roast or paraha( Ukrainian word for Perogies) and for dessert its either butter tarts or angel cake.

That potato salad looks good. For family gatherings I usually make quiches or a few trays of cakes. Coffee and walnut cake is very popular, mmm I am getting hungry at the thought.
I had all 7 of my grandchildren with my 2 daughters and my d-in-law round today for lunch. Its great to get all the little ones together (but very noisy). I made a tuna pasta bake followed by apple crumble.
I hope all the rain has brought the temperature down a bit for you. I dont know how you manage to do all the things you do in that heat.

Hi Lib ~ Your potato salad looks delish , my Mom makes the potato salad everyone loves around here. I'm not sure of what dish that's asked for the most from me , probably collards or any type of greens.

Mmm, your potato salad looks so delicious! What's not to like about such a comforting food, especially homemade with love?! I can imagine that it must get requested a lot.

Oh Lib, your salad looks so good...I love potato and seeing yours makes my mouth water. My family has two requests...breaded veal cutlets or leg of lamb, both with mashed potatoes and gravy....I'm making myself hungry:)...hugs, Linda
